Kastaplast is an independent disc manufacturer based in Stockholm, with the aim to create discs and gear of highest quality. Starting off in 2011 as a small prototyping workshop, driven by the fun factor of experimenting, the business soon grew out of the basement of Jonas Lindberg as he was joined by Anders Källström and Per Jonson. Still, the “workshop style” of developing discs has stayed, with a mix of computer flight simulation, research and extensive prototyping. Kastaplast is determined to keep the ecological footprint as low as possible. One step in this direction is the use of solar energy that today powers a major part of their production.
