first off, they only shipped one when ordered two. Then the pair they shipped, were broke. I emailed the vendor, no response. Have called Walmart three times. I am not getting any help, they tell me the time frame is not long enough to file and I have to call back. Each call has been at least 30 minutes. I am on hold again with them. Next step, emailing my credit card to file a disputed this is crazy but it is not the principal of the thing. Customer service is horrible for both Walmart and so is the Eye Company.. Ok my person at Walmart.com was very helpful so that was nice.
