I purchased these gloves as a replacement for different brand gloves I had worn out but those lasted 8 years. These gloves are terribly designed! Why in the world would you have neoprene (waterproof) material and then cut holes in the thumb and index finger for access? I get that people like to slip those digits out to manipulate hooks, etc. but IT ALLOWS WATER IN AND DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF BEING WATERPROOF!!!! Since they don’t breath due to the material, after one fish the inside of the gloves were wet, smelled like fish, and did not dry between uses. Adding insult to injury, the index finger seam on one of them ripped in the first week. Back to the other brand for me. If you can deal with the issues above, your choice.
